Summarize a literary text by restating, in one's own words, the main characters, setting, and key events in sequence.
Produce a summary free of personal opinions or judgements.

Success Criteria: I can accurately and objectively summarize a literary text including the main characters, setting, and key events in order.

Activity: Using a Gradual Release model students will complete Lesson 8 of their Iready Workbooks.
