Principal’s Message
At Jane Macon Middle School, we believe that every learner is impacted every day—and that every day is an opportunity to shape a brighter future. As we begin this new chapter with an entirely new leadership team, our commitment is simple and unwavering: to create a school where students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally, and where adults grow alongside them.
With more than three decades of experience serving schools across Georgia and South Carolina—as a teacher, principal, transformation coach, assistant superintendent, and now principal at Jane Macon—I have seen firsthand what is possible when a school community unites around a shared purpose. Schools flourish when relationships are strong, expectations are clear, and learning is joyful. Students excel when they feel seen, supported, and challenged. Teachers soar when they are trusted, valued, and equipped.
Jane Macon Middle School is poised for that kind of transformation.
Our new leadership team brings fresh energy, deep expertise, and a collective belief that every student can grow and every adult can lead. Together, we will build systems that support excellent instruction, cultivate a culture where everyone belongs, and ensure that every classroom is a place where curiosity is sparked and success is celebrated.
This is a moment of possibility for our school. We are not just preparing students for the future—we are shaping it with them. And every day, in every hallway and every classroom, we will make sure our learners feel the impact of a school that believes in their potential.
Welcome to a new era at Jane Macon Middle School. The best is yet to come. #everylearnereveryday
