Glynn County Schools plan to provide a centralized vaccination clinic for school district employees through a collaboration with the public health department.
Parents and guardians who have a child that will attend public school in Glynn County for the first time next school year are encouraged to register their child now for school in August. The 2021-2022 school year will begin on Tuesday, August 10.
The first "This Girl Can" workshop recently hosted at the Golden Isles College & Career Academy introduced eighth- and ninth-grade girls to careers in manufacturing and offered hands-on experience working in the school's labs.
GICCA will host its first “This Girl Can” workshop for eighth and ninth-grade female students. The workshop aims to introduce female students to nontraditional careers for women.
