Choose one topic from your Heart map to write about. Write as much as you can on the topic. Do not worry about the organization, spelling, or if your ideas jump around --Just Write! This quick write should reflect 15-20 minutes of writing time. Remember if you finish with this topic before the time is up, use the chart on page 2 of the DIGITAL NOTEBOOK to help you move forward. Once you have done all you can on your first topic, move on to a new topic until time is up!
